Oxford City Council acquired the new homes south of the A40 from housebuilder The Hill GroupA council has announced the acquisition of 111 "much-needed" affordable homes from an award-winning housebuilder.
The new homes will be part of the first 317 energy saving properties that the housebuilder is delivering at the Canalside. The development also uses water consumption reduction measures, electric car charging points, and ample cycle storage.Hill Group chief executive Andy Hill said the project "ensures local people will have access to sustainable, well-designed homes on an affordable basis".
