A popular Belfast city centre restaurant is preparing to open a new sit-in location in the south of the city
.
Work is already well underway at the new location which is located opposite the police station on the busy Belfast road.The Chubby Cherub is an Italian restaurant located on Chichester Street alongside Belfast City Hall - owned by Eamon McCusker, it operates alongside sister locations AP:PM, Cabaret Supper Club and The Tree House.
The application description reads: "Change of use from Church to restaurant, works to include new shopfront and external seating area".
