Chorley's Picnic In The Park returns with royal twist for King Charles Coronation
An annual Picnic In The Park event is returning to Chorley next month - but this time with a royal twist for King Charles' Coronation.
The event is set to keep its classic fun filled entertainment throughout the day whilst televising King Charles III Coronation live on a large screen. Visitors are encouraged to dress in red, white, and blue to celebrate the theme.Astley Park will be filled by family and friends celebrating this memorable day with live entertainment from Louby Lou, Punch and Judy, live music and our special guest, Sonic the Hedgehog™ who will be making personal appearances at intervals throughout the day.
Face painting will be available along with inflatable bouncy castles, soft play truck, bungee trampolines and fairground rides for visitors to enjoy. Charges may apply for some activities.
