Chloe Madeley has shared her experience of diastasic recti during her first pregnancy, giving fans an insight into what helped her bring her abdominal muscles to come back together.
Fitness enthusiast Chloe, 35, then shared some advice on what new mums can do about it, as she recommended pilates being a great way to target and strengthen specific muscles. "You can build up exercises such as planks, bridges, and overhead work to work to target specific muscles in all different planes. This is vital for returning to complex compound and Olympic lifts in the postnatal period."
