It sounds so much fun!
A children’s festival is coming to a Nottinghamshire town for the first time and will host a number of fun activities. Funtopia is a festival designed for children under 10 years old and is heading to Mansfield for its 2023 summer tour.
The summer tour will bring some new features to the festival which include a baby zone, a giant 110 ft obstacle course where both kids and adults can compete, as well as stage shows and The Fun Farm, where children can run their own farm in a role play area.Some activities have height/age restrictions. The festival will also host an Autism Friendly Session at the start of Funtopia. The Autism Friendly Sessions take place from 10.30am to 11.30am.
For the autism-friendly session, tickets are priced at £5 for a child over 90cm, free for children under 90cm and £2.50 for adults. Sarah Green, Funtopia Director, said: “Providing families with a very reasonably priced day out has always been one of our top priorities. This year we believe that it is even more important to offer all families the opportunity to enjoy a day out together
