Public Information Officer Michael Colaianni reveals the child was"pulled from a pool and unresponsive."Colaianni adds emergency crews tried to resuscitate the child. Their efforts were unsuccessful and they pronounced the 3-year-old dead at the scene.City officials are also reminding the public drowning is the leading cause of unintentional injury-related death among children between 1 - 4 years old.
