A priority violation is a major violation that directly contributes to an increased risk of food-borne illness or injury. Employee touched pants and back waistline before handling clean dishes without washing hands. | Had employee wash hands.Cooked noodles, cooked chicken, cooked beef, cooked pho, cooked garlic and butter not kept hot enough. | Pho reheated, other items discarded.*Second consecutive violation.Employee handled raw tuna and then removed gloves, touched hat and poured barbecue sauce without washing hands between tasks. | Had employee wash hands.
