Chelsea are considering a surprise move in the January window.

The report claims that Chelsea ‘remain open’ to signing another goalkeeper despite bringing in Robert Sanchez and Djordje Petrovic during the summer transfer window.Bayern Munich are also said to be interested in Ramsdale as they are in the market for Manuel Neuer’s long-term successor. When asked about his decision to axe Ramsdale, Arteta said: ‘I think I mentioned it that we wanted to build a squad with two quality players in each position, with different characteristics, and we have got that now.‘And we have the same with other players we have rotated and there will be a lot of game-time in the next few weeks.’
