Chelsea in ‘advanced’ talks to sign Liverpool target and can ‘find a way’ to complete transfer in JanuaryThe Athletic’s David Ornstein is reporting that Youssoufa Moukoko is in ‘advanced’ talks to sign for Chelsea amid reports linking him with Liverpool.
