Herbert needs to connect with him.
Several injuries have held back the Chargers from their true potential to start the 2023 season, but one healthy weapon remains a standout despite his age.If and when Herbert gets going, chances are he’ll be looking Keenan Allen’s way. The veteran wide receiver is midway through his 11th season as a pro and shows no signs of slowing down. Allen has 46 receptions for 574 yards and four touchdowns this season.
Allen remains the top target. Herbert should find ways to get the ball to, as we all know how explosive he can be when left to his devices. Chicago's defense has proven vulnerable all season long, and with many of his teammates hurt, it'll be up to Allen to get open and play his role for a hopeful LA win.
