A Lebanon County man is accused of trying to “entice” a minor online, in an effort to sexually assault them, the Department of Justice announced on Wednesday.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pa. said that 26-year-old Mason Morey, of Lebanon, was indicted by a federal grand jury on a charge of attempted online enticement. The attempts were made between Nov. 28 and Dec. 8, and Morey was using the internet in Luzerne County to target the minor, according to the DOJ. Officials did not say the age of the child.
