A Lancaster County man who shot ten rounds from an AK-47 from his balcony into the air on July 3, according to police, will face charges for the incident.
Ryan Harting, 31, of Denver, PA, is charged with recklessly endangering another person and discharging a firearm within borough limits after he fired off the shots at his home on the 300 block of Main Street in Denver, East Cocalico Township Police said.Police confiscated Harting’s gun and sent him a summons for district court.
