Celtic legend Mikael Lustig is back in Glasgow! 🙌
Celtic legend Mikael Lustig has officially returned to Glasgow with his family making it the first time since he left the club in 2019.
The former Celtic defender officially retired from football after 18 years as a player. Joining from Rosenborg, Lustig played for the Hoops between 2011 and 2019 after seven seasons with the Scottish champions.Upon his exit, he thanked Hoops fans for "making Glasgow feel like home" saying he had "no idea how much this club and everything that comes with it would mean to me when I signed up.
"The memories will stay with me forever. Thank you to all of you that made Glasgow feel like home for me and my family for so many years. I will never forget your support. Hopefully I’ll see you all soon. I’ll definitely be back for the 10 in a row party!"
