Add the onion, pepper, courgette and chilli to the empty wok and fry for 3–4 minutes until the vegetables start to soften. Add the spring onions, stir-fry for a minute then add the cooked noodles and chilli sauceRecipe by160g each of broccoli florets and sliced carrotsPlace the sliced beef in a bowl and add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, then set for 10 minutesHeat a wok and add the oil. When smoking, add the beef and stir fry on medium high heat for 1-2 minutes.
