Police were called twice
Officers believe the individual pictured may be able to help their investigation into several incidents yesterday evening . They were called to reports of criminal damage at 2pm, on Preston New Road. They were then called again at around 7.30pm.A man was reportedly seen running away from the area. A 37-year-old man from Blackburn was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and arson endangering life.

Our enquiries are very much ongoing and we now need to speak to the man in the CCTV still.
“I would also ask people with CCTV, doorbell cameras or dashcam which captured anything in that area between 7.15pm and 7.45pm to make contact with us.
