Carol Vorderman has wowed fans after taking to Instagram to show off her incredible figure and enviable toned abs on Saturday.
As she knelt on a yoga mat, the TV presenter raised her arms to her sides before dancing along to some upbeat music that played in the background. She added: “A little look at my workouts, mixed with a little bit of dancing in isolation for @imacelebrity… South Africa,” she added. “Happy Saturday lovelies xxx Top @skims Sunnies @quayaustralia.”
“You look amazing Carol. We are around the same age and I can’t shift some of my middle. Keep up the good work [flame emoji],” another added.
