Former Countdown presenter Carol Vorderman shared her glam routine as she prepared to record another episode of her popular daily quiz podcast, titled Perfect10
The 62 year old TV personality and former Countdown star shared her glam routine to her 327,000 Instagram followers, which saw her go from her makeup free, gorgeous self to a glammed up makeup look in a matter of seconds.
The short clip started with Carol sitting in a chair, makeup free and wearing a leopard print long-sleeved top.The final look showed the TV star in a glam makeup look, which included a dark smokey eye with a pink lip, and freshly styled hair. She had also changed her outfit from the leopard top to a cream coloured long-sleeved shirt with a tie detail from the brand SOSANDAR, which she matched with black leather-style trousers."Getting ready for another week of @perfect10carol… the number 1 podcast in Apple’s Leisure and Games categories."

In one of the videos, Carol showed off her lean figure as she lifted weights and did cardio at the gym. She continued the workout with lunges and concentrated on toning her arms with hand-held weights, before then doing squats.This time, the star was seen doing an impressive amount of side plank dips before focusing on her arm strength with exercises included a weighted ball and dumbbells.
