BBC weather forecaster Carol Kirkwood has got a brand new job away from her BBC Breakfast role. The meteorologist will be heading on a four-day train journey with fans through her native Scotland.
The trip, which costs £1,495, sees the group spend several days travelling on a steam train. It also includes three boat rides, a castle visit and a trip on the Falkirk Wheel. As reported by Birmingham Live, the BBC star will also host a talk to the guests. The Strictly Come Dancing star is also set to give a talk on her love of Scotland, growing up in Morar, her career with a question and answer session with the star also available.Advertising the break, organisers say: "Puff past rugged scenery, craggy coastlines and beautiful lochs on a line that is frequently named the world's greatest scenic railway.
"You’ll cruise across two of the Highlands' loveliest lochs, Loch Lomond and Loch Katrine," organisers say.
and famously danced with Pasha Kovalev in the 13th series of Strictly Come Dancing. She stars on BBC Breakfast with the likes of Naga Munchetty and Sally Nugent, as well as Jon Kay, Charlie Stayt, Ben Thompson and others too.
