Carl Frampton will release his new autobiography on October 5
Carl Frampton says anyone who still thinks Barry McGuigan is a hero after reading the former Belfast boxer's upcoming autobiography needs to "give your head a wobble".
The book will also detail the 36-year-old's bitter court case with ex-manager Barry McGuigan and Cyclone Promotions.The multi-million pound legal battle was settled out of court back in November 2020, ending a marathon 19 days of evidence on the breakdown of a once-close relationship between two legends in the sport.Speaking on Friday night's Late Late Show, he said: "I am very, very honest.
"I understand that Barry is a hero to many people. He was a hero to me. But if you read this book, and still think he is a hero, you need to give your head a wobble." But he said the relationship with the pair was "pretty sour" in the end, and insists there is little chance of patching up differences.
