SAN DIEGO – On Wednesday, a lawsuit against Fletcher for sexual assault, among other alleged crimes, by a woman who used to work at MTS.

Two days prior, Supervisor Nathan Fletcher had left the state in order to seek treatment for alcohol abuse and childhood trauma, or so Fletcher claimed. Chairman Carl DeMaio of Reform California joined KUSI’s Lauren Phinney to discuss the incident and what Fletcher likely plans to do before his resignation.
