North West Motorway Police tweeted about the incident just after 10am this morning

Officers said the crash happened on the M56 after the Fiesta driver took evasive action to avoid a set of ladders that fell off the van in front.North West Motorway Police said: “This Fiesta was involved in an RTC on the M56 after taking evasive action to avoid a set of ladders that fell off the veh in front.”
The tweet added: “Thankfully no injuries and the driver of the other vehicle reported for not securing their load.”
