Dozens of car owners in Columbus ' Short North area were in for a rude awakening on Monday.It happened to people who parked overnight in the lot at the Fireproof Apartments on North High Street .
"This is the third time this has happened since we've lived here," community member Rusty Clark told ABC 6. "It seems to happen every couple of months. They go around and they get many cars in the parking lot. This time I think we counted 27 in the lot alone, and more cars down the road.""We've talked to apartment management about this nd to police in the lot," he said. "They suspected it to be kids looking for something.
