Alvarez has a chance to reclaim his spot as the face of boxing from Terrence Crawford with a decisive win Saturday night.
“I have nothing to prove to people,” Alvarez said. “I have proved a lot. I have achieved a lot in boxing. If people don’t believe by now, they are never going to believe. I will just keep doing my job and when my career is over, people will see who I am.”
