Different email applications like to create their own Sent items folder. That means that your missing iMac sent emails are likely in another folder when viewing your email in Outlook on your PC.Q. I recently updated my computer after Microsoft alerted me of some security updates. Everything went fine, but now I can’t seem to search my Outlook email. I search for things that I know are there, but the search does not return any results.
In my experience, certain updates cause Windows to rebuild this index. Depending on the amount of data you have on your hard drive, this indexing can take some time. If you have Outlook configured to connect to your email using IMAP, right click on your mail account in the left column and select IMAP Folders and then click on Query.Look for anything that says Sent, Sent Messages or Sent Items, and click it and then click on Subscribe. Click on OK, and you should see the missing folders in your list.
