An oceanfront estate in the exclusive Malibu enclave of Paradise Cove is coming on the market for $125 million.
The roughly 6.6-acre property is located in a gated community of about 10 estates owned by prominent business executives and celebrities. Perched on a bluff, it has direct beach access with roughly 340 feet of ocean frontage, said listing agent Lisa Laughlin of Sotheby’s International Realty. The home has about 17,000 square feet of living space between a main house and separate guest quarters. The property also contains a swimming pool, lighted tennis court and 9-hole miniature golf course.
