Police have locked down the area around the First Minister's official residence amid an ongoing incident in the area.
An officer was said to have entered Bute House, now the official residence of Humza Yousaf, before a cordon was established. Witnesses have suggested that a member of the public threw "something" into the basement of the building, sparking alarm. Officers have reportedly now left the scene.
