Burglars hitting game card shops in Puget Sound

According to Justin Bessonette at Wizards Keep Games, the burglar took $9,000 worth of cards.

“These people were probably somebody that we didn’t know, came in one time, look around, and we’re like, ‘hey, how you doing?,’” Bessonette said., where thieves took off with hundreds in dollars of Magic: The Gathering cards.“Everyone was at home and then people got their stimulus money, so people had lots of money and lots of time, they bought collectibles and the prices went way through the roof,” Bessonette said.

Bessonette said they are tracking the serial numbers on the cards, alerting other game shops of the stolen merchandise.
