Burger King has announced plans to sell the Chicken Royale and Vegan Royale burgers for just £1 for one day next week.The Chicken Royale is hailed as one of Burger King's most popular items. It contains 100% chicken breast enveloped in a crisp coating, iceberg lettuce, creamy mayo, all sandwiched between a toasted sesame seed bun.Burger King chains all across the country will be offering the massive discount.
The burger chain tweeted: "Chicken Royale Day is coming. 07.06.23 £1 Chicken or Vegan Royale only with the app. Download now. Be ready." Customers who want to order straight to their door will also be able to get a free chicken Royal on orders over £20 with Uber Eats on the day. It comes after fans flocked to Burger King restaurants last month to pick up its latest menu addition. The Doritos Chilli Heatwave Chicken Fries were a hit among customers after the chain initially teased their creation as an April Fool's prank.
Available in a box of six for £5.49, the chicken fries are the second collaboration between the two brands following the launch of the Flame-Grilled Whopper Doritos earlier this year.
