Garrett Wilson became the first Buckeye to be selected in the first round of the event in Las Vegas Thursday, as the New York Jets drafted the Texas native with theChris Olave didn't have to wait long to hear his own name called, though, as the New Orleans Saints traded up to take Ohio State's all-time receiving touchdowns record-holder with the very next pick, as the Olave was the
overall. With that selection, Wilson and Olave became the first pair of Ohio State wideouts to be taken in the first round of the draft since Ted Ginn Jr. and Anthony Gonzalez did so in 2007.
