He co-owns the Los Angeles-based label, which was launched in 2014 by brothers Seth Gold and Marc Gold and their longtime friend, Robert Herzig . The “Leave the Door Open” singer also brought on the rest of the Hooligans — his cohort of longtime musical collaborators — to back the brand.
