It means 2020 fifth-round pick Nick Harris will step into the starting role. He provided a glimpse of his readiness when he subbed for Tretter in Green Bay when the latter had COVID-19. Harris graded out well in the game, and the showed the requisite mobility for the Browns’ wide zone scheme.
