The Browns know the kind of players they're looking for when it comes to the NFL Draft.
BEREA, Ohio -- Browns GM Andrew Berry admitted on Friday night of the draft that, yes, it is a little bit easier to do this whole thing when an organization has stability.
“It definitely makes it a lot smoother,” he said. “Even just thinking back to the first offseason, you talk though it and you try and go through A to Z so that you understand the vision that your coaches and your coordinators have for the team, but then there also is the element of seeing it play out over the course of seasons where you are like ‘OK, maybe how I thought about this was the wrong way’ or, ‘OK, this is actually how we are utilizing a certain skillset.
