Harris was unable to put weight on his right leg as he was helped onto the cart after having it examined while on the ground.
His injury appears to be the second major injury the Browns suffered this week. They lost kick returner Jakeem Grant Sr. for the season to a ruptured Achilles on Tuesday. Tretter, 31, is still a free agent.
