The mother of a bride-to-be who was hit by a car and killed ‘would have been highly visible’ to the driver, an expert has said.
The incident happened on February 7, 2020, as Judith had arrived at the hotel the day before her daughter’s wedding, which was due to take place there. He’s now on trial accused of causing death by driving without due care and attention, which he denies.
