Brnovich is one of several state attorneys general studying the issue, thanks to concerns over things such as the manipulation of what's being seen by users and the lack of competition, and secondary issues, such as the effect on traditional reporting. And no matter the party affiliation, "We all recognize this is a major and significant problem," he said. "It is one of the biggest issues facing the country, and we need to get on top of it because there are ramifications for all of us."
