Ryan Reynolds is set to star in and produce the upcoming comedy Boy Band at Paramount, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Along with starring and producing duties, Reynolds also co-wrote the project alongside Jesse Andrews , with the story originating from Reynolds. As of right now, details on the film’s plot are being kept under wraps, but early reports describe the film as “a boy band reunion movie.”
Filmmaker Shawn Levy will also be involved with the film in a production capacity, and will potentially direct the film. However, THR did note that Levy directing the film would be determined by his schedule. Levy and Reynolds are no strangers to working together recently, with Levy having directed Reynolds in 2021’s
