Police investigating bomb threat Downtown
Police took a man into custody Thursday after he was in a tree right near the U.S. District Court allegedly making bomb threats Thursday , dispatchers said.
Columbus Fire Battalion Chief Jeff Geitter said that around 3:30 p.m., the fire department was called to assist a man who was in a tree near the intersections of Marconi Boulevard and Long, along the side of the road near the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. When crews arrived, they found a man behaving irrational and making threats.
