The driver crashed in Farnworth
A BMW driver crashed into a wall and was found with a stash of drugs after being pursued by police in Bolton. A man has been arrested following the pursuit and is currently in custody for questioning.
Officers from Greater Manchester Police's Road Police Task Force were in pursuit of the BMW 118 in Farnworth. Police say the driver tried to discard the drugs but police were able to recover the items which included a sum of cash. On X, formerly known as Twitter, GMP Traffic unit said: "And having just left custody... Road Police Task Force would then pursue this BMW 118 in Farnworth. The driver tried to discard his stash of drugs but was arrested and the items recovered. "He's now in custody awaiting interview for Dangerous Driving and PWITS Class A. The car was seized S165!."
