Bluey season 3 is officially coming to Disney+ on August 10!
The official U.S. Disney+ release date of the long-awaited Bluey season 3 has been announced. Bluey is an Australian animated series that is distributed internationally on the Disney+ platform. The show follows the title character, a 6-year-old Blue Heeler dog who is voiced by a child of one of the show's crew members and is not credited. She lives with her little sister Bingo , and her parents Bandit and Chilli , with whom she goes on a variety of educational adventures.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY The series, which was created by Joe Brumm, originally premiered season 1 on Australia's ABC Kids in 2018. Even in spite of the COVID-19 pandemic interrupting production schedules across the globe in early 2020, the show has been releasing consistently since then, with season 2 following December 2019's season 1 finale in March 2020 and running through April 2021.
It is currently unknown why this season of Bluey has taken an extra long time to come to international markets. However, as the show's co-creator Daley Peterson has previously pointed out, this frequently happens when it comes to inter-continental distribution deals. Australia frequently has to wait for American films to come to their shores, and in this case, it's simply working in reverse.
