Blackpool Pleasure Beach has changed its name and logo on social media - but it hasn't gone down well
For over 125 years, Blackpool Pleasure Beach has been a world-famous resort, with thrill-seekers travelling from all over to enjoy the park's rollercoasters and attractions.
Although many companies and public figures often undergo rebranding from time to time, it doesn't always mean it's going to go down well with its customers. Some Pleasure Beach goers have even referenced the long-gone 'Mr Funshine', the theme park's logo depicting a yellow face with bright red cheeks. One person wrote: "That’s terrible. Mr Funshine was iconic and such an easy element to incorporate. Now it looks like Cardfactory."
