A cycle lane from Conway Drive up to Fulwood Academy would be extended, going north on Black Bull Lane.A spokesperson for Lancashire County Council said: “We’ve written to residents, schools and businesses on and around Black Bull Lane to ask for their feedback on our initial proposals to improve safety in the vicinity of the leisure centre and the two schools.
