There was a great atmosphere and much excitement at Games Park in Little Dunkeld at the weekend
Crowds of locals and visitors from across the country and beyond revelled in the atmosphere and excitement at Games Park in Little Dunkeld.
Always a popular spectacle early in the afternoon is the parade - led by chieftain Thomas Steuart-Fothringham - which passes through Dunkeld and over the bridge. The usual treats of Highland Dancing, solo piping, cycling, running and heavyweight competitions were on show alongside stallholders and food and drink.And there was even the World Haggis Eating Competition. The champion, again, was Alastair Ross.
