Traffic delays are expected in the area
Motorists are advised that a busy South Belfast road is closed in both directions on Thursday evening due to an 'unstable building'.There are currently diversions in place but the public are asked to avoid the area and seek an alternative route if possible.A spokesperson for the Police Service of Northern Ireland said: "Motorists are advised that part of the Donegall Road in south Belfast is closed in both directions due to an unstable building in the area.
