A FORMER BBC editor was found dead in water four days after disappearing on a New Year's Eve walk, an inquest heard.Aled Glynne Davies was discovered in water four days after he disappearedThe ex-radio worker had been for a meal with his wife before heading home to see in the New Year.
But he decided to go out for a walk before midnight in Pontcanna, Cardiff, and never returned to his worried family. More than 400 people joined the search as his family desperately appealed for homeowners to check CCTV for sightings of Aled. But tragically police found the dad-of-two's body close to Cardiff Sailing Club at around 9.40am on January 4.
