Cantwell posted an apology to Rangers fans but did front up that it was up to him and his team mates to turn it around.
Todd Cantwell has been told Rangers fans 'aren't daft' and that the star should keep his apologies off social media and put them in to practice on the park.
One man who wants to see apologies in practice on the grass is Barry Ferguson, as the former Ibrox captain bristled at yet more social media apologies from Rangers star. He told Cantwell that talk is cheap unless it's backed up, and that the 25-year-old would be better 'keeping quiet' and showing beleaguered fans how much it means to him with his football.
