Daniel Cardenas claims the “Jackass” alum invaded his his home in the middle of the night last month, waking him and making a death threat, TMZ reports.
According to new legal docs obtained by the outlet on Friday, the 28-year-old claims Margera, 43, invaded his his home in the middle of the night last month, waking him and making a death threat.
“You have 12 hours to leave the house or I will kill you with my brass knuckles,” Cardenas accuses Margera of saying. Cardenas claims his roommate heard the alleged commotion and eventually forced Margera to vacate their abode. The “Jackass” alum, pictured here with former MTV co-star Steve-O, allegedly threatened Cardenas’ life.However, Cardenas claims that Margera came back 90 minutes later to confront him once more.
Margera allegedly shoved a fist full of rings in Cardenas’ face, while saying, “You have 12 seconds to leave.”
