Baileys is a favourite with many, and a household staple for entertaining in the colder months. It can be also used in drinks or desserts, so the next time you want to make a creamy cocktail, why not try some Baileys over it?
Amazon has slashed the price of their Baileys Deliciously Light Irish Cream Liqueur by almost 40 per cent, with it now costing shoppers just £10 for the 70cl bottle instead of £16.50.
Launched earlier this year, Lighter Baileys has 94 calories per 50ml serve, and boasts 40 per cent less calories than a 50ml serving of Baileys Original, without compromising on taste and texture. The delicious drink blends Irish cream with traditional Irish whiskey, alongside rich cocoa and vanilla flavours to create a lighter version of the Baileys Original Irish Cream you know and love, but with less calories.
For those keen to try it, you can opt for a classic serve straight from the fridge poured over ice. Simply shake with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into your favourite cocktail glasses. You can also mix up your dessert by adding a splash to your favourite ice cream.
