The second target was adding bigger, heavier players for the bottom half of the forward corps. The fact that Duhaime and Trenin arrived on the same day wasn’t lost on them. Both Duhaime and Trenin were thrown into a game with the Avs with little prep time — no practices, just a morning skate and some video work to give them a crash course on how the team likes to play.
