Aurora Cannabis Inc. ACB, -1.54% ACB, -1.32% said Thursday it has hired Carey Squires as executive vice president of corporate development and strategy, tasking the investment banker with global growth and partnership strategies. Squires most recently served as managing director and co-head of equity-linked capital markets for BMO Capital Markets, leading the financing for Aurora's recent convertible debt offering among others. Shares were slightly higher premarket, but have gained 50.
