In a tweet by Deputy Chief Raj Vaswani, he wrote in part, "An arrest has been made in this homicide. Thank you for the hard work by #SFPD Patrol Officers."This story is developing. Check back for updates.SFPD says the shooting happened just before 11 p.m. Sunday at Grant and Columbus Avenues. Police said Monday afternoon a 23-year-old man from Solano County was shot and pronounced deceased at the scene.
Two 24-year-old men from Sacramento County, a 22-year-old man from Alameda County and a 20-year-old woman from Contra Costa County were wounded and taken to a hospital, police said. Their wounds were all said not to be life-threatening.
